RETURN BY REGRET / WITHDRAWAL
If upon receipt of the product you decide to return it for regret, you must do so within 7 natural days from the reception close. Observing the following conditions:
-The product cannot have signs of use.
-The product must preferably be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.
When carrying out the return process, the customer must, on the back of the invoice to be returned, inform the reason for the denial/return, the name of the person who returns it, CPF and the return key.
The product will obligatorily be collected at the same home where the delivery took place, whether in case of exchange, return or analysis of vices or defects.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
According to the Consumer Code, when the product is defective (manufacturing defect) it can be exchanged for another one in perfect condition, always notify the store within 90 days from the closing date of receipt of the product.
IracemaBio has no obligation to repair, exchange or refund products that show clear signs of misuse.
We are not responsible for transporters hired by customers. Any damage to the products that occurs in these cases will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
To request the return, the Consumer must contact us by telephone or email, explaining the occurrence. It is possible that you are asked to send photos of the product for your analysis. We reserve the right to deny the return of the product if the situation is not covered by the guarantee.
The products must be returned in the original packaging together with the respective Invoice. Return costs will be borne by IracemaBio.
IMPORT RETURN
1) In order to reimburse the amounts of orders paid with a credit card, the total or partial reversal/cancellation (if only one of the products is returned) of the transaction will be carried out with the company of the credit card.
After the request for reversal/cancellation carried out by this company, the credit will be identified by the credit card company in three invoices after the completion of the return, depending on the closing date of the invoice for the card. credit.
2) For returns of orders paid with Boleta Bancaria, Bancario Deposito or Debit Card, the devolution will be made through Bancario Deposit in a current account to the name of the Consumer.
3) The Consumer may opt for the return of the amount through a credit for future use in purchases on our website.
